OUR VALUES

Our 7 core values are what determine everything that we do.  We use the visual of an atom to represent our core values.  The center (nucleus) is Jesus Christ.  The surrounding values that rotate around the center are dependent on one another.  Just like with an atom, if one value were to be removed, it would change the element entirely.

Our values do not rank in any order linearly but rather rotate around and function out of the center value, Jesus Christ.  Click Here to see all 7 Core Values now.

OUR VISION

Create   ::   Community   ::  Connect   ::   Christ

Purpose ::
Creating community experiences that connect people to a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Strategy ::
Our strategy is to create community experiences and environments that communicate and transform.  Our goal is to utilize creative multi-media, worship encounters, interactive experiences, multi-sensory worship, while remaining strictly biblical in message.  In other words, we are allowing today's culture to influence method but not message.

Target ::
Our ministries, worship, values and vision are geared toward specifically reaching young families,  for Christ.

Vision ::
Imagine a population growth that is forecasted to double from 115 thousand in the next two decades.  Imagine a community sprawling with new homes, new schools, and new businesses right next to acres of property under development.  Now, imagine all the people who will fill these homes, schools, and places of work ready to hear God's message of hope.  You have imagined the Santa Maria Valley!

As the fastest growing community on the central coast, the Santa Maria Valley is poised to double its population in the next few decades.  We dream of a church that missionally engages the rapidly growing community of the Santa Maria Valley.  Our dream will not be complete until every person in the Santa Maria Valley has heard and received the good news of Jesus Christ.  We dream of a place where children bring their parents to church and parents learn to disciple their children.

We imagine a church that lovingly comforts the hurting and celebrates with the overjoyed!  We dream of a place that brings wholeness to brokenness, healing to sickness, and community to the disconnected.  We imagine a place where relationships are reconciled and people are equipped and sent out.  We envision a place that creates a thirst for Christ, excitement for transformation and worship for the Lord!
